We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our wealth management team as a Client Service Assistant
.
This role supports the advisory process from start to finish, ensuring client requests, account operations, and planning tasks are handled with accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in getting things right, and values being part of a collaborative, service-driven team.
Responsibilities- Support advisors in daily client service needs, including account setup, maintenance, and transfers.
- Prepare and organize materials for client meetings and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and custodial platforms.
- Track client requests, service tasks, and planning items through completion.
- Assist with operational projects that improve workflow, reporting, or client experience.
- Communicate professionally with clients and custodians to ensure requests are completed efficiently.
- Contribute to a culture of organization, accountability, and excellence across the team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable following established processes and working in a structured environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or financial planning software preferred.
- Prior experience in client service, administration, or financial operations is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Client requests are completed accurately, promptly, and with professionalism.
- Systems and records are organized, current, and well-documented.
- Advisors can rely on you to anticipate needs and ensure follow-up items are handled.
- Processes are followed consistently, and improvements are made thoughtfully.
- You represent the team with integrity, care, and attention to every detail.
- Consistency, reliability, and ownership of responsibilities.
- Clear communication and strong follow-through.
- A calm, professional presence in a fast-moving environment.
