We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our wealth management team as a Client Service Assistant
.

This role supports the advisory process from start to finish, ensuring client requests, account operations, and planning tasks are handled with accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in getting things right, and values being part of a collaborative, service-driven team.

Responsibilities
  • Support advisors in daily client service needs, including account setup, maintenance, and transfers.
  • Prepare and organize materials for client meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems and custodial platforms.
  • Track client requests, service tasks, and planning items through completion.
  • Assist with operational projects that improve workflow, reporting, or client experience.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and custodians to ensure requests are completed efficiently.
  • Contribute to a culture of organization, accountability, and excellence across the team.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable following established processes and working in a structured environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or financial planning software preferred.
  • Prior experience in client service, administration, or financial operations is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
