Description
Assist the Wish Team in all aspects of mission delivery, including managing wish files; liaising with medical professionals, families and volunteers; database entry and administrative duties.
Common Tasks- Communicating with families, health care professionals, donors, and volunteers via phone call and email
- Making calls to solicit information and donations from potential vendors
- Researching specific wishes and vendors
- Faxing, scanning, and filing
- Managing our electronic filing system
- Database entry
- Assisting with wish visits, wish celebrations, and logistics
