What's In It For YouTrane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Project Administrator in our Southeast Region Service group. Locations for this role would be Birmingham, AL. Under direct supervision, the Service Project Administrator is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each project. This position is required to closely interact with the Area Service Manager and assigned service team members to ensure the timely completion of each project.
WhatYou Will Do
- Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including materials, time sheets, labor hour allocation, daily reports, etc.
- Responsible for general administrative functions to include processing purchase orders and initiating invoicing.
- Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.
- Communicates effectively with other team members.
- High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
$42,000.00 - $88,900.00
