Job Overview
Project Administrator (Southeast Region Service Group) – Birmingham, AL.
Work schedule:
Monday to Thursday onsite with colleagues;
Fridays remote flexibility based on project needs.
- Routine project documentation, materials procurement, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout.
- Coordinate with service team and Area Service Manager to ensure timely project completion.
- Record project costs accurately: materials, time sheets, labor hour allocation, daily reports.
- Process purchase orders and initiate invoicing.
- Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience/education combination.
- Up to two (2) years related experience or training.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proactive approach with willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Annual Base Salary Range: $42,000.00 – $88,900.00. Compensation Type:
