Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Admin for a leading oil & gas client. This individual will play a key support role assisting project teams with coordination, scheduling, and documentation across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within project environments, with the ability to keep tasks on track and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands‑on experience supporting project execution in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven industry.
- Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and status updates
- Help schedule meetings, inspections, and project activities
- Assist in expediting tasks by following up with internal teams and vendors
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of records
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and escape delays or issues
- Assist with logistics coordination including scheduling and resource tracking
- Support compliance and safety documentation efforts

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle (planning, execution, tracking)
- Experience supporting project teams with scheduling, documentation, or reporting
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to track deliverables and follow up on action items
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred - Exposure to oil & gas, construction, or industrial environments
- Experience with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
- Familiarity with inspections, compliance documentation, or safety protocols
- Background in expediting, logistics coordination, or administrative project support
- Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting
