Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Join Trane Technologies as a Project Administrator in our equipment group. This role provides administrative support throughout the equipment fulfillment process, including documentation, materials, cost tracking, invoicing, and project close-out.
Work ScheduleMonday to Thursday onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location based on job requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout for each project.
- Closely interact with Project Managers, Account Managers, and other project staff to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with ordering all bills of material associated with projects, obtaining estimated ship dates and updating schedules.
- Update customers on estimated ship dates.
- Process documents for service claims, sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty.
- Assist with all job close-out documentation.
- High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach, willing to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HVAC system operations preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
Annual base salary range: $42,000.00 - $60,515.00.
