Join our client’s corporate headquarters as an Office Manager
, playing a critical role in supporting executive leadership while ensuring a seamless and professional office environment. This highly visible role is at the center of daily operations, creating a polished experience for executives, board members, investors, and visitors while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in supporting important meetings, events, and office functions that help drive the business forward.

Compensation:

$27.00–$30.00 per hour DOE, + bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, executives, board members, investors, and vendors
  • Manage front desk operations and office communications
  • Coordinate incoming mail, packages, shipping, scanning, and filing
  • Prepare conference rooms, meeting materials, and catering for meetings and events
  • Support board meetings and investor visits through logistical coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison for facilities vendors, maintenance requests, and office services
  • Maintain office operations, supplies, and administrative records
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for visitors in a corporate office
  • Familiarity with incoming mail, packages, shipping, scanning, and filing
  • Experience coordinating board meetings, investor meetings, or executive events
  • Experience serving as a facilities or vendor liaison
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
