High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent. - Nonessential:
Bachelors of Science or Arts in Business Administration.
- Nonessential: 1 year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Care Administration – Registration.
Children’s of Alabama Scheduling office is located on the Main Downtown Campus exclusively in the Lee Building. It is a centralized intake center for patient referrals and appointment call center scheduling for specialty clinics, therapies, testing, and radiology procedures. Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused scheduling workflows in collaboration with specialty offices. Works directly with patients/families to schedule their specialty appointments.
