Job Description- Act as a point of contact for staff regarding basic internal IT troubleshooting and hardware setup
- Assist users with routine technical issues such as login access, screen display problems, and peripheral connectivity
- Coordinate with outsourced IT firm to elevate and resolve complex technical challenges
- Manage the electronic filing process for paperwork, ensuring all systems are updated and accurate
- Assemble and prepare paperwork for mailing or client pickup
- Utilize the secure client portal system to ensure all paperwork is delivered and signed promptly
- Provide front‑office support during peak times, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence for all visitors
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain a high standard of professional service
- Assist with ad‑hoc administrative projects to support the team during high‑volume periods
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support various team members as needed
- Exceptional computer literacy with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Proven ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support office hardware
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
