If you’re someone who enjoys providing a first‑class client service to everyone that comes through the door and who enjoys the varied fast‑paced office working environment, then we’d love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of the position, this is an office-based role working Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.

In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:
  • A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days (pro rata) with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus an additional day for your birthday, and additional days to cover the festive period!
  • An online money saving portal
  • Death In Service cover, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme which includes health appointments for you and your family
Duties will include:
  • Act as the initial point of contact, offering a warm and professional greeting to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Manage the reception area, answer and direct telephone calls, take messages, and handle general enquiries.
  • Provide hospitality for meetings, coordinate refreshments, and maintain well‑presented meeting rooms.
  • Oversee office management activities, including ordering stationery, office supplies, and refreshments.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post, deliveries, and courier packages.
  • Book and manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and event support.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance and support.
  • Maintain office tidiness and ensure communal areas are clean and welcoming.
  • Maintain the kitchen and ensure dishwashers are emptied once finished, and weekly food shops are put away once the delivery arrives.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Highly organised and exceptional service standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in office administration and/or hospitality roles, especially managing reception desks.
  • High level of reliability, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
