Overview
The Student Records Assistant is responsible for assisting the College’s Student Records Office with general front office functions, including processing various records requests, maintaining the accuracy of academic records for current and former students, responding to requests via telephone, email, and in-person. Performs additional office duties, including financial-related office functions.
SalarySalary Schedule Placement: Appropriate placement on Salary Schedule E4 05 ($34,298 -$51,793) based on experience.
Responsibilities- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to receive and direct a high volume of telephone calls and inquiries
- Must be able to lift office supplies and equipment associated with the work up to 10 lbs.
