The Client Service Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL, supporting the wealth team in delivering a high-quality client experience. This position handles day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, preparing meeting materials, and processing routine service requests. The role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely, accurate communication.
The Client Service Assistant collaborates with advisors and team members to maintain organized workflows and helps streamline processes to add convenience and simplicity to clients’ interactions with the firm. This role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
