- Complete data entry and initial file setup for new claims
- Prepare and process claim and expense payments
- Handle various administrative tasks
- Interact with customers to obtain loss information
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide general administrative, customer service, and phone support to the Claims department
- High school diploma with demonstrated experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Comfort in navigating multiple systems preferred
- 0-3 years of experience
- Ability to work Canton hours of operation: 8:30AM - 5PM ET, or Denver hours of operation: 9:30AM - 6PM MT
Demonstrates proficiency in data entry and administrative support, with a strong focus on customer service and claims processing. Capable of navigating multiple systems and providing effective communication to address customer inquiries.
