Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Perform data entry and document preparation

• Provide general office support and maintain office technology
• Assist with billing, account reconciliation, and payment processing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous administrative support experience
• Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
