Administrative Operations Specialist - Onsite

Salary: $55,000-$65,000

We are seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant to serve in a dual capacity role providing essential support to operational efforts. This role is a pivotal point for our client's organization, requiring exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media content.
• Help maintain databases and maintain customer information.

• Degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role; marketing support experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
