Student Conduct Coordinator
The Student Conduct Coordinator at Highlands College serves as the administrative owner of the student conduct review process. The Coordinator receives and logs reports, conducts initial assessment and triage, routes matters to the appropriate institutional process, coordinates Formal Conduct Reviews, maintains official records and timelines, and tracks outcomes through completion and closure. The Coordinator does not ordinarily serve as the pastoral caregiver, Lead Reviewer, or voting decision-maker in the same matter. Exceptional judgment, collaboration, organization, confidentiality, data accuracy, and detailed follow-through are essential to administering a fair, consistent, timely, and mission-aligned process.
