Automotive Service Technician — Luxury Import Dealership

What you'll be doing:- Diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer and dealership standards
- Communicate with parts department and service advisors on repair status
- Identify additional service needs and flag them appropriately
- Document all work performed accurately
- Mentor apprentice technicians as needed
- Stay current through factory-sponsored training (fully paid, mandatory investment in your career — not optional, not on your dime)
- ASE certification or manufacturer-specific training (Master Tech, L3/L4, or equivalent strongly preferred)
- Strong mechanical fundamentals and diagnostic ability
- Experience with luxury or European import brands a plus (Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Audi, Volvo, etc.) — but not required if your diagnostic and mechanical skills are strong
- High CSI focus — you care about doing the job right, not just fast
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
