A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

Our ideal candidates are experienced Automotive Technicians / Line Technicians who can diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, work efficiently, and take ownership of their work.
We are also willing to consider an apprentice‑level technician who demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, a great work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn.
Hyundai dealership experience is a plus, but experienced technicians from other automotive brands are absolutely encouraged to apply.
ASE certifications and manufacturer training are valued, and Hallmark Hyundai provides significant opportunities to pursue additional Hyundai certifications and factory training.

Employment Position:Full Time Salary is negotiable. Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor‑led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
