What you'll be doing:

Diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer and dealership standards

Communicate with parts department and service advisors on repair status

Identify additional service needs and flag them appropriately

Document all work performed accurately

Mentor apprentice technicians as needed

Stay current through factory-sponsored training (fully paid, mandatory investment in your career — not optional, not on your dime)

What we're looking for:

ASE certification or manufacturer-specific training (Master Tech, L3/L4, or equivalent strongly preferred)
Strong mechanical fundamentals and diagnostic ability

Experience with luxury or European import brands a plus (Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Audi, Volvo, etc.) — but not required if your diagnostic and mechanical skills are strong

High CSI focus — you care about doing the job right, not just fast Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
