Requirements- Manage a portfolio of clients by scheduling regular calls and meetings to ensure they are using our systems effectively.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships that foster loyalty and reduce churn.
- Configure bespoke system setups for new clients, tailoring each implementation to suit their specific operational needs.
- Drive sales by closing leads provided by the company as well as self-generated opportunities.
- Meet with prospects and existing clients to maintain and grow your account base.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services to train clients and explain complex setups in a clear and accessible manner.
- Act as the link between Customer Support and Customer Success, ensuring client tasks are completed efficiently and communication remains transparent throughout the process.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- A confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex setups.
- Strong client focus with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and enforcement teams.
- Experience in the parking or facilities management sector is a bonus.
