Provide support to Loss Control team by performing loss prevention and risk analyses on client or prospects' loss information, using financial and data analysis tools. Reviews audit information and data analysis results to identify and share actionable insights with team and gain understanding of client business. Provides support and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis across niche segments. Addresses requests from varied stakeholders to provide risk and financial analysis reports.

Utilizes internal resources for data collection, project management and oversight of data heavy or carrier interactive project requests. Interacts with carrier on behalf of clients to advocate findings. Prepares illustrative tools such as spreadsheets, graphics, charts and diagrams for client presentations and in support of RPF, sales, and internal and external training. Collaborates and interacts with carriers, TPAs, and both internal and external Clients.

Bachelor's degree;
No experience required.

Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Technical skills (e.g. MS Office Suite, SharePoint , Excel).

Preferred:

1 year related experience in Risk Management, Safety and/or Risk Control preferred.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
