We are seeking experienced Contracts Administrator 3 (CAD3) professionals to provide expert-level support to the contracts management team. This role requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in contract administration, legal documentation, negotiation, compliance, and lifecycle management to ensure seamless and efficient contract operations across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Review, Drafting & Negotiation
- Independently review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and other legal documents.
- Apply advanced knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Lead intricate contract negotiations, amendments, and issue resolution.
Contract Lifecycle & Compliance Management
- Monitor and manage the full contract lifecycle, including milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant contract records, amendments, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between contracts management and cross-functional teams, including:
Legal, Procurement and Finance - Resolve contract discrepancies, risks, and compliance concerns in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of contract management systems and databases.
- Provide strategic insights, process improvements, and best-practice recommendations in contract administration.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to junior contracts administrators when required.
- 11+ years of experience in contract administration or related field.
- Complex contract drafting and negotiation

- Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Contract management systems/software
