Senior Director, Sales Operations – Enterprise & SLED

About The Role:

The Senior Director, Sales Operations – Enterprise & SLED is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for building and leading the operational foundation that enables Uniti Fiber's Enterprise and SLED sales organizations to scale efficiently and deliver a differentiated customer experience. Reporting to the President of Enterprise Sales, this leader will oversee data intelligence and analytics, order management, sales support, and the design of streamlined customer buying flows across both segments.

This role will be accountable for transforming data into actionable go-to-market insights, ensuring high-quality and compliant order execution, building a high-performing sales support function, and simplifying the customer journey from opportunity through order submission. The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial acumen, operational rigor, analytical depth, and team-building capability, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, Service Delivery, IT, Finance, and Legal.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, operations, marketing, telecommunications, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, commercial operations, or related functions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading managers and building teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in telecommunications, fiber, broadband, technology, or enterprise services strongly preferred.
  • Proven success building analytics-driven operating models and using data to influence go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong experience with order management, sales process design, compliance, and operational governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to stand up or transform sales support or commercial operations functions.
  • Experience supporting public sector, government, education, or other SLED-related sales motions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing customer journey improvements, buying flows, or process automation initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • High proficiency with CRM, reporting, analytics, and workflow platforms; experience with order systems preferred.
