  • Partner closely with Legal to align contract language, risk mitigation strategies, compliance requirements, and commercial protections
  • Serve as the primary advisor to project leadership teams regarding contractual rights, obligations, commercial risks, and claims exposure
  • Develop and maintain contract administration processes, templates, clause libraries, and tracking systems to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain accurate databases of key contractual milestones, deliverables, obligations, notices, and commercial terms
  • Support claims management, dispute resolution, and change order negotiations through detailed contract interpretation and project documentation analysis
  • Collaborate with project management, procurement, finance, operations, and executive leadership teams to align contracts with operational and strategic business goals
  • Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Identify and proactively mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and mentor Contracts Administration personnel and support future team growth and development initiatives
  • Assist with proposal reviews, bid evaluations, subcontract agreements, and procurement support activities as needed
  • Participate in internal and external meetings with clients, vendors, legal counsel, and stakeholders regarding contract matters
  • Travel occasionally to project sites, vendor locations, or client meetings as required
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of contracts management experience, preferably within EPC, industrial construction, power generation, or infrastructure environments
  • Strong experience managing materials-focused contracts, procurement agreements, and vendor negotiations
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Strong understanding of legal and commercial contract terms, risk allocation, and project execution requirements
  • Ability to interpret contracts with both legal precision and practical business judgment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Share Point
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms preferred
