Position Overview
As a Business Experience & Planning Associate Sr in PNC's Fraud Detection & Remediation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, or Denver, CO. Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 4:30 pm ET. You will support one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, and implement key solutions that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues, and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
- Handles day‑to‑day scheduling, reporting, and workforce management to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency.
- Leads forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and business trends to predict workforce needs and adjust plans proactively.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to develop strategies that align workforce planning with organizational goals.
- Monitors and evaluates scheduling processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Conducts research, analyzes, and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
- Works with key decision makers to ensure cross‑business and cross‑functional alignment and synergy.
- Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
- Education
:
Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. - Experience
:
Less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program. - Skills & Competencies
