Pay Rate: $20-25/hr. on W2 ONLY
Onsite: 5 days a week
Length of Assignment: 4 Months Contract to Hire role

Initiatives/ProjectsHome Lending Point of Sale (POS + LOS integration)
Industry BackgroundHome Lending / Mortgage experience is a plus. Experience supporting Point of Sale (POS) or Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is a plus. Working knowledge of Agile delivery model preferred.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end story readiness for assigned work (intake → refinement → execution support → release). Facilitate stakeholder alignment across LOB, Risk, Compliance, and Technology. Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Drive refinement sessions and ensure stakeholder participation and decisions. Partner with QE and Dev to ensure test coverage, clarity, and delivery readiness. Coordinate UAT readiness and support business testers through execution.
Support release activities including communications and documentation (Change Navigator). Maintain accurate and timely documentation (meeting notes, decisions, action items). Step in as backup support for Product Owner when needed.
- Strong user story creation and backlog management experience (Agile)
- Experience facilitating refinement sessions and driving requirements clarity
- Familiarity with system integration concepts (POS ↔ LOS preferred)
- Proficiency in Client Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with SharePoint or similar documentation tools
- ADO and/or Jira for backlog management
- Confluence for documentation
- Experience with mortgage systems (Blend (POS), Empower (LOS), or similar platforms)
- Experience with regulatory-driven delivery environments
- Wire framing / mockup tools (Figma, Visio, etc.)
Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
