LIV Development is seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented student for a full-time (paid) summer internship with our Asset Management team. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with LIV’s asset management team, as well as construction managers, and operations on a wide range of internal and external projects.

This internship is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to get properties operational ready set position the asset in the market for a successful opening. From kicking off pre-leasing operations, coordinating and installing amenities and furnishings, and coordinating various vendors, you will be immersed in various aspects of asset management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with construction and operation team members to oversee vendor installations of community programs.
  • Help plan and execute a preleasing operational office in a new market working with our operating partner and construction team for a successful launch.
  • Conduct research and analyze potential opportunities and vendors for new and improved experiences for residents.
  • Develop and/or enhance existing operational tools and procedures to optimize team communication and efficiency.
  • Participate in the planning and design of projects with our design team, learning and contributing to the creative process and understanding how to best utilize a potential site.
  • Support the innovation of LIV asset management efforts, researching new trends and identifying efficiencies to enhance strategies and tools.

Skills/

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Design or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of reading construction plans (blueprints) is a plus.
