Foreperson w​/ valid CDL - NON-UNION

Asplundh -  - Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew based on orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor;
Conduct field training and retraining, instruct crew on new or revised job units;
Enforce safe work practices and conduct safety training per company policies and OSHA standards;
Interact with property owners/customers to obtain access and communicate work scope and responsibilities;
Maintain records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance and incidents;
Control crew costs and optimize use of manpower and equipment;
Provide reports on orders completed, crew time, and repairs to management and utility representatives;
Coordinate with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets or driveways;
Set up barriers, warnings, and safety measures to protect workers and the public;
Investigate incidents and minor damage claims when delegated by General Foreperson
