CAC Financial Analyst, Employee Benefits

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contributes to a wide variety of projects involving design, financing, delivery, ongoing management and communication of health and group benefit programs for Employee Benefits clients. Coordinates reporting workflow, project management, & project communication. Completes basic monthly financial reporting, mostly independently and more complex deliverables and projects with oversight.

Bachelor’s degree required;
Study in business, risk management, math, or relevant work experience preferred. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, xlookup, etc.) required. Experience with macros preferred but not required. Power BI (or similar) data visualization experience preferred. Effective communication skills in both verbal and written form. Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Problem solving and critical thinking skills required. Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Well organized and detail oriented. Team player who takes initiative, demonstrates resourcefulness and is self‑motivated to continuous learning and development. Strong financial and client service orientation. Highly organized with the ability to implement process improvements.
