Data Scientist - Data Analyst (Direct Hire

• Lead and coordinate data analysis efforts across agency professionals and contractors to solve complex data management challenges.
• Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models using techniques from statistics, machine learning, and AI with tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
• Collaborate with teams to define data products and standards, and programmatically prepare data while cleaning imperfect datasets.

• Ability to transform large, messy data into analysis-ready formats using R, Python, SAS, or SQL.
• Ability to prepare talking points, issue briefs, and project summaries for management.
• In addition to the above, meet the individual occupational requirement (IOR): either a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience that meets the designated coursework and experience criteria.
