As a Strategy And Planning Advisor Senior within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Downers Grove, IL;
Pittsburgh, PA;
Birmingham, AL;
Cleveland, OH;
Atlanta, GA and Dallas or Houston TX. We are seeking a senior HR professional to serve as the executive sponsor's key partner for all HR-related M&A activity. This role will be a highly visible, hands-on position responsible for shaping our HR M&A strategy, leading cross-functional readiness efforts, and ensuring our organization is prepared to execute transactions of varying size and complexity.

This individual will not manage a direct team but will play a pivotal role in leading through influence — driving alignment across HR Centers of Excellence, building repeatable frameworks, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.

Preferred skills and experience:

• A seasoned HR professional with strong experience in M&A, strategy, or transformation projects.
• Highly accountable and self-driven; able to operate with minimal direction.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building structure where none exists, and driving decisions forward.
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
• Executive presence and credibility to work directly with senior leaders and deal teams.

Base Salary: $50,000.00 – $Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
