We are seeking a senior HR professional to serve as the executive sponsor’s key partner for all HR-related M&A activity. This individual will not manage a direct team but will play a pivotal role in leading through influence — driving alignment across HR Centers of Excellence, building repeatable frameworks, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • A seasoned HR professional with strong experience in M&A, strategy, or transformation projects.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building structure where none exists, and driving decisions forward.
  • Skilled at leading cross‑functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
  • Executive presence and credibility to work directly with senior leaders and deal teams.

PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
