Construction Project Supervisor

Hammer & Saw is a growing custom home remodeling company built on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a commitment to excellent client experience. We are seeking a Construction
Project Supervisor with strong character, integrity, and a growth mindset to support our Project Managers by helping oversee job sites, coordinate trades, and maintain quality and organization across active residential remodel projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes pride in proactive execution, and wants to grow into higher levels of construction leadership.

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day field operations
• Help coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
• Monitor job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Perform regular site walks and quality checks
• Assist with schedule adherence and sequencing
• Communicate job progress, issues, and needs back to the Project Manager
• Identify potential problems early and help resolve them before they escalat

• Organized, detail-oriented, and observant
• Clear communicator who understands their role within a team structure

• 2+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing and common trades
• Comfortable interacting with subcontractors and inspectors
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and basic construction documents
• Comfortable using email, mobile apps, and project management software
