Our company, a leading player in the Construction industry, is seeking an exceptional Permanent Industrial Superintendent-Traveling to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, experienced professional who thrives on challenges and is eager to apply their skills in Ground Up, Renovations, Expansions and TI's for Distribution Warehouse, Big Box, Tilt Wall and and logistics center projects.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Industrial Superintendent-Traveling, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycles and ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
2. Directing and coordinating the activities of subcontractors and staff, ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to.
3. Managing Ground Up, Renovations, Automated Warehouse, Tilt Wall, Concrete, Steel Structure, and logistics center projects.
4. Conducting regular site inspections and overseeing the day-to-day operations at construction sites.
5. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine the specifications of the project.
6. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
7. Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local construction regulations are met.
8. Resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the Construction industry.
2. Proven experience in Ground Up, Renovations, Automated Warehouse, Concrete, Steel Structure, and logistics center projects.
3. Exceptional knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
8. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
9. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
