This role plays a critical part in supporting estimating, project execution, and project closeout activities for mechanical construction projects.

- Perform quantity takeoffs for plumbing, hydronic piping, and ductwork systems to support estimating and project planning efforts
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers via phone and email to obtain pricing, product information, and lead times
- Order and manage project prints and drawings to support estimating and project teams
- Prepare and organize submittal packages in accordance with project specifications and requirements
- Assemble and finalize Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals to support project closeout and client turnover
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality across projects
- Support the estimating and operations teams with administrative and technical tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of ductwork, hydronic piping, and plumbing systems preferred
- Ability and willingness to follow detailed processes and maintain high accuracy
- Mechanical construction experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings is a plus
- Experience with Quote Soft and/or Procore is a plus
