We are seeking a full-time, on-site Superintendent for our operations in the Greater Birmingham & Huntsville Alabama Area. The Superintendent will oversee daily project management, ensuring the timely completion of masonry projects while maintaining quality standards and safety compliance. Responsibilities include supervising field staff, coordinating schedules and materials, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, inspecting work for adherence to specifications, and addressing any on-site challenges with effective solutions.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and project management skills, including team supervision and conflict resolution
- Experience in masonry construction, reading blueprints, and understanding technical specifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and adherence to construction timelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction project software and scheduling tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel locally as needed
