ASAP START – ONGOING WORK
We are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Site Manager to lead projects across the Birmingham area on social housing and commercial contracts, on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities- Manage passive fire protection works on site
- Oversee fire stopping and fire door installation teams
- Ensure works are completed to specification and comply with standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Manage site paperwork and report progress
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and operatives
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- Proven passive fire protection management experience
- Strong knowledge of fire stopping and fire door compliance
- Ability to manage multiple trades and workloads
- Full UK Driving Licence
Rates are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm.
