- Lead day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors
- Ensure projects meet safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Maintain schedules, site reports, and project documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Travel across regional project sites and oversee execution
- 10+ years' experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
- Background in retail, commercial
, or light industrial construction - Experience delivering projects valued between $15M-$40M
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination
- Willingness and ability to travel for project delivery
