At Cantey Foundation Specialists, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to create a long-term career in construction leadership

As a Foreman in Training
, you'll work alongside experienced leaders, learn high-demand skills, and develop the ability to create permanent, high-quality solutions for homeowners. Within 90 days, you'll have the opportunity to step into a Foreman role and increase your earning potential.

What You'll Do
- Assist crew leaders on residential foundation repair projects
- Learn how to create high-quality, long-lasting solutions for customers
- Work with tools and equipment designed for safety and efficiency
- Deliver a professional, positive experience on every job site
- Travel to job sites and gain exposure to a variety of projects
- Build the skills needed to lead your own crew
- $28/hour starting pay
- Production bonus after training (increase your earnings as you grow)
- Monday-Friday schedule (consistent weekly hours)

- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Leadership potential (or desire to grow into leadership)
- Valid driver's license
- Remodeling or structural repair experience
- Working under homes (beams, joists, subfloors)
