Job SummaryWe are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground‑up tilt‑wall projects in Dallas, TX. The role requires a hands‑on field leader who can take full ownership of the jobsite—from sitework through structure, tilt‑wall erection, and final turnover.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on ground‑up tilt‑wall projects
- Manage sitework, foundations, structural concrete, and panel erection
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
- Read and execute plans, specs, and construction documents
- Drive schedule, sequencing, and overall jobsite productivity
- Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control
- Run OAC meetings and communicate with PM, subs, and owners
- Identify and solve field issues proactively
- Strong experience with tilt‑wall construction (required)
- Background in warehouse / distribution / industrial projects
- Ground‑up construction experience (not just TI)
- Proven ability to run a job independently
- Solid understanding of concrete, structure, and sequencing
- 4+ years of construction experience (Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent level)
- Willingness to travel (project‑based)
