This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager position at Ritchie Construction Group located in Birmingham, AL. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring quality control, scheduling material deliveries, effectively communicating with subcontractors and clients, and collaborating with designers & architects.
Qualifications:
- Must have quality control skills
- Strong communication skills - proficient with emails, spreadsheets, etc.
- Must be familiar with construction software program(s)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to estimate construction projects of varying sizes
- Leadership and decision-making abilities
- Engineering background is a plus
- Carpentry skills is a plus
- Must have a truck
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction experience
