Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Construction

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare and institutional construction projects within a rapidly growing design-build organization.

This role goes beyond traditional project management. You’ll oversee projects from preconstruction through final delivery while coordinating field operations, subcontractors, design teams, procurement, manufacturing partners, and executive stakeholders. • Lead multiple healthcare and institutional construction projects from planning through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations
• Coordinate preconstruction, procurement, subcontractor management, manufacturing activities, and field execution
• Drive project planning, logistics, installation sequencing, and operational coordination
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents to ensure project alignment
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, change orders, and reporting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Support estimating, pricing reviews, constructability assessments, and scope development efforts
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives
• Partner with executive leadership to improve project delivery processes and support company growth

• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, or mission‑critical construction
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and project controls
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Experience leading subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Stable career progression with demonstrated success managing increasingly complex projects
