This is a key field leadership position within a well-established, multi-regional commercial construction organization delivering large-scale ground-up projects across multiple states. You will play a critical role in ensuring complex builds are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The work is high-impact, involving fast-moving, multi-site delivery where strong site leadership directly determines project success. You’ll be trusted with significant autonomy while still having strong operational and project management support behind you.

• Lead all on-site construction activities across ground-up commercial projects
• Supervise subcontractors, site crews, and daily field operations
• Enforce strict safety standards and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations
• Manage project sequencing, scheduling coordination, and site logistics
• Maintain daily field reporting, documentation, and progress tracking
• Coordinate closely with project management, inspectors, and client representatives
• Support quality control processes to ensure work meets design specifications
• Travel between active project sites across the Southeast region as required

• 10+ years’ experience as a construction superintendent
• Strong background in ground-up commercial or retail construction
• Proven ability to manage projects in the $15M–$40M range
• Confident leader with experience managing subcontractors and field teams
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and site execution
• Excellent knowledge of jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Willing and able to travel regularly for active project delivery
