The business has more work available than it can currently deliver and is actively hiring experienced Project Managers who can step into large, complex projects and make an immediate impact. You will play a key role in delivering high profile commercial, industrial, and healthcare developments while helping shape the continued expansion of the Birmingham team.

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and subcontractor teams.
• Run client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and reporting standards.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Experience leading projects through the full construction lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
