GPAC has partnered with a general contractor looking to add a Senior Superintendent to their team. They are specifically searching for a Senior Superintendent with structural concrete and steel experience to lead a new team.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to run the site efficiently and effectively
- Enforce project‑specific safety plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract administration, etc.
