Construction Project Manager – Birmingham, AL
First Year Potential: $85,000.00 - $ per year
Job description: The Project Manager will estimate the project, hire and direct subcontractors, and work closely with the construction team to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities- Estimate project scope and budgets
- Hire and direct subcontractors
- Coordinate with construction team to ensure timely completion
- Maintain project schedule and budget
- HSG. Bachelor's in Building Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 3+ years of Construction Management experience
- Commercial Project Management preferred
- Experience in estimating
Normal hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00. Some travel involved. Criminal/Drug screening required.
