• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
• Support field operations and mentor project teams
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with leadership to support continued company growth

• Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, data center, or similar electrical construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong client‑facing experience and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
