We’re looking for a Construction Administrative Coordinator to keep our estimating team organized and efficient so that projects are accurately bid or estimated and deadlines are met.

What You’ll Do
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper drawings, bid documents, and estimating files
  • Set up projects in bid solicitation and estimating software
  • Maintain bid lists, subcontractor lists, and vendor contact databases
  • Send bid invitations and follow up with subcontractors and vendors by phone and email
  • Track bid responses and help track bid coverage ahead of deadlines.
  • Collect, organize, and file subcontractor pricing, proposals, and supporting documentation
  • Research permit requirements, business license fees, tap fees, meter fees, and similar project costs
  • Assist with RFIs, meeting minutes, drawing logs, bid tabs, and other estimating documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the estimating department
What You Bring

Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, bid documents, or construction terminology

This position requires a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
