Operate heavy equipment on construction sites, including backhoes, track hoes, dozers, skid steers, excavators, front end loaders, dump trucks;
Perform earthwork and dirt work activities such as moving dirt, loading and unloading materials, and shaping terrain;
Dig holes, trenches, and excavations for utilities, foundations, and other civil construction needs while maintaining proper depth, slope, and alignment;
Carry out fine grading tasks to achieve precise elevations and smooth, finished surfaces for roads, pads, and other site features;
Support civil and site construction operations by assisting with site preparation, back filling, and compaction as required
