Creature, a Birmingham-based DMC leader, seeks a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to own the mechanical value stream for HVAC and plumbing self-perform work across medical and commercial facilities. This is not coordination; you are accountable for precon through closeout, including P&L, schedule, labor, and quality.
You’ll build budgets, defend estimates, and lead field leaders, while standardizing labor loading and training pipelines. Procore, Smartsheet, and Excel are core tools.
